The rest of your profile (based just on the inputs you have provided) looks good, except for two things. The first is your GMAT score. At your level of experience, this might well work, but if you can increase this a bit it will help your chances. The second is the fact that you work in QA, which can be seen as backend and only technically relevant work (even though it might not be so). Therefore having clear goals, a strong connect to ISB, and a good showcase of your professional achievements to make an impact will be very important. Your experience is high in terms of magnitude so use that as an advantage to showcase what you will bring to ISB.
Overall, if you feel you underperformed on the GMAT, retake. If you feel this is probably a fair representation of what you can get (given that this was your second attempt), go ahead.
