Hi Nikhil,
Here would be a list of suggestions (compiled):
1) the
MGMAT Strategy Guides for Quant (5 books) seems to be the most popular.
I went thru them I have to say that they have a pretty good coverage of any subject that is good to be on the GMAT exam.
You will note that they cover Probabilities and Statistics, topics that are sometimes not covered in other study materials (the Kaplan Math books).
best-gmat-math-prep-books-reviews-recommendations-77291.htmlCoupled with the
OG 12th Ed., Quant
OG 2nd Ed., those study guides should help you a lot.
Each of the guides has an 'Advanced' section with harder questions and also listing harder problems from the OGs.
I have all 5 books and bought them as a bundle but you could buy only 1 or 2.
The Number Properties and the Word Translations are covering the more challenging topics.
Note that you have access to online CATs exams and questions banks buying the
MGMAT books.
2) Kaplan 800/ Advanced (that's the same bok)
Have the book but didn't go thru it yet. Will have to post my review once that's done...
Pretty well reviewed as far as a good question bank.
Not 800 level questions but 'harder' ones.
Read bb's review on Amazon

MGMAT Advanced Quant book
Excellent pros and cons by bb and ravish
advanced-gmat-quant-from-manhattan-gmat-114166.htmlSeems that it may be a little out of scope for the GMAT but it depends on how you prefer to learn...
Also comes with
Advanced Quant Practice Questions and an
Advanced Quant Bonus Drill Set. See more here:

Best review hands down:
review-of-jeff-sackmann-s-math-sets-96973.htmlHighly reviewed for their content and explanations. They are pretty expensive ($129 for a 1000 questions).
https://www.gmatproblems.com/They are well organised (by difficulty level and topic). Check out a free excert here:
https://gmathacks.com/pdfs/Exponents-Roots-Sample.pdf5)
GMAT Club TestsThey are cheaper than Sackmann's Tests (cost per question) and very highly reviewed and recommended by everyone who took them.

All in all, you want to find the right balance of quantity and quality questions:
* quantity b/c when seeing a question for the 2nd time, you will remember the solution (but maybe not how or why)
* quality b/c you want questions that are similar to the ones you will get on the actual exam. That's why 1) some don't like
MGMAT Advanced questions 2) GMATPrep and
OG questions are the best.
Finally, don't forget to use a timer and an
