Hello everyone,

I need some advise on which school to apply/not. Here is some profile info about me: GMAT 730 (Q50 V39). GPA 3.6 from Case Western. (economics and international studies). 2 year of cop. finance (1 promotion) and 1 year of entrepreneurship both in silicon valley. What is my school range and what is my safe zone? Any possibility to get into HBS, GSB, or Penn? how about Kellogg, Chicago, Columbia, or NYU?

Thanks in advance. Wish everyone best of luck 8-)

You have a good GMAT score and an excellent GPA. Your work experience is decent. A year of entrepreneurship will surely have developed leadership qualities in you. You definitely stand a chance at any of the top 10 schools. Did the promotion at your first job get you involved in any leadership roles and did you complete some good projects as a leader? You have not mentioned any extra-curricular activities which are given considerable importance by business schools. If you apply in R2 this year, you have a good chance. Prepare a very good application with good essays and recommendations. Try talking to curresnt students and alumni of the schools you target.

Good Luck!
