Need help with Quants!

The review in the official guide is a joke. You basically have not done any preparation at this point besides wasting questions and time. I suggest you cover the Manhattan Quant guide as soon as possible or reschedule your test.

Also, don’t be helpless, if you get a question wrong, go after it and make sure you cover that topic and know how to solve these questions.

Your best move for mastering GMAT quant is not to do mixed sets practice of questions timed. It's to work topic by topic, first developing complete understanding of a topic and then doing practice questions focused on that one topic until you practically can't get them incorrect, first doing the questions untimed and then seeking to speed up as you develop skill.

So, by working through the Official Guides, you are using a method that is far from the most effective method, because you are doing mixed practice rather than working topic by topic.

I did something similar when I started preparing and got much better results when I started preparing in a more effective way.

If I understand your point correctly, the review books are useless but the OG is still good right? There are 3 official books in the set, the official guide, the quant review and the verbal review.
