Here's a detailed background along with the universities I plan to apply this year.
I would be really grateful if you could have a look and let me know if it's correct or needs to be changed.

1. WE - 37 months in IT industry before I join a school. Worked in start-ups so got more exposure.
Responsible for developing new generation web apps for the US based client. Also involved in communication with the client.
Later, in the second company, responsible for developing and managing an enterprise app for another US based client.
plus 24 months of part time experience in automobile retail business

2. GMAT- 710 Q-50 V-35 AWA-5/6 IR- 5/8
TOEFL - 114

3. Undergrad college - VJTI, Mumbai, India (one of the oldest and famous institutes)
BTech in Computer Engineering
GPA- 7.6/10

In my professional career - One of the youngest members in the interviewing panel of the company, went for campus interviews for the company.
Worked in the sports committee and the CSR committee
Implemented a system to reduce wastage of food and tissue papers that resulted in 10% reduction inwastage.
in college - The Sponsorship Coordinator for the national level college fest
Sponsorship General Secretary for 2 intra college events.
Apart from that, I also participated in a nation-wide competition organized by IBM called “The Great Minds Challenge”, where I led a team of 3 people and we reached the final round of that competition.
won group dance competition for two years, 2009 and 2010
Initiated a theater workshop in the college
awarded the title of “Genius Maths” in 2004 by Scholar Educations

5. target programs - Darden, Tepper, Kelley, McCombs, Fuqua, Anderson

6. 2013-2014 for fall 2014

7. IT and strategic consulting

Thanks for your post and the detailed info. I would say you should have a solid shot at the schools on your list. You have a solid GMAT score with strong quant and respectable work experience that it sounds like you can draw from in terms of experiences to share in the applications and in class. You ARE part of a common profile background (Indian engineering candidates), but your work experience can help you differentiate so be sure to think-- what experiences do I have that most engineering applicants do NOT and emphasize! 6 schools is pretty time consuming so you may want to narrow down or at least prioritize your investment of resources/time/energy to make sure you put together great applications... don't underestimate the importance of strong essays!!
