Hello Paul and Linda,

Can you please evaluate my profile. I am not shooting for the top programs , instead I am focusing on Babson and Eller as i am interested in studying entrepreneurship. I am choosing University of San francisco as a backup. Do I stand a chance ? Which other schools should/could I consider with these stats ?

Profile:
Indian Male:26
GMAT: Q:37 V:36 , total 610 AWA 5.5
Graduated from an American university in Information Systems , 2.97 GPA (Almost 3.0)
2.2 years work exp
Worked in Bangalore as a System Admin for 10 months. Also helped the company communicate effectively with clients because of my experience in America.

Currently working in Portugal as a System Developer since Sep 05. I am an intern here through an organization called AIESEC, which is a student managed organization that helps recent graduates find employment in other countries.

Thanks a lot.
G

G,

I think you have a shot at both Eller and Babson. Your GMAT isn't too far off the mark. You shouldn't have any trouble getting into USF. As for other entrepreneurship schools, maybe consider Colorado Boulder, Wake Forest, San Diego State, or Rensselaer. These are all nationally ranked entrepreneurship programs where you should be competitive. I hope you made the most of your Portugal experience in your essays -- it's distinctive.

Good luck,
