Re: No botanist lives long enough to study the complete life [#permalink]
A. The methods of scientists in one field generally carry over to other fields even if the subject matter is vastly different.( Wrong Answer : it is nowhere indicated in the argument that astronomers are taking a clue from botanist w.r.t the study of globular clusters)
B. Observations of the life cycle of a single individual have little value in scientific studies.( Wrong answer : no such assumption is made in this argument.)
C. Globular clusters at different stages of development are accessible to astronomers for observation and study.(Right answer : Just as observation of many trees at different stages of development helps botanist piece together the evolution a single tree so observation of many globular clusters at different stages of development helps astronomers in studying the life cycle of globular cluster. But in order to do so those many globular clusters should be accessible to the astronomers for observation and study.)
D. There are globular clusters that have not so far been detected by astronomers.( Wrong answer : This is not assumed in this argument.)
E. Redwoods and globular clusters must both be studied intensively now, while they still exist in sufficient number( wrong answer : The author doesn’t assumed this while framing the argument.)

we need to find an answer that would say that observing galaxies may be similar to the trees. E.g. scientists can identify them or they are any
