Does anyone know how many (approximately) questions are in the PowerPrep?

or in other words, if purely hypothetically, someone wanted to build a CAT test, how many questions should be included in each CAT to make sure it is a CAT?

I think 710 questions for quantitative part and 710 for verbal will be enough
