I just wrote the GMAT after studying for 2 months and I'm not too happy with my 640. Verbal is not the problem, throughout my practise tests I was getting anywhere between 85-95 percentile. Quant is definitely where I struggle and I found the actual GMAT contained harder Quant questions, as I was scoring around the 70th percentile in practise tests. I feel like I can easily score 700+ if I improve my Quant score.

Does anyone have recommendations on study guides (or just strategies in general) that are particularly good for Quant. Numbers Properties, Probability and Combinatorics are my weaknesses, and I am fairly strong in Geometry and Algebra.

My study material:
OG 13th Edition
Kaplan Premier 2012-13
Kaplan Math Workbook
Practise Tests:
Kaplan - 6 online CATs
Manhattan - 6 online CATs
GMAT Prep Software - 2 CATs
I also took a 1-weekend course with Oxford Seminars

Thanks!

Without additional information, it's a tad difficult to provide an answer catered to your particular situation. What guidebooks did you specifically use? Did you also practice with the OG? Which CATs did you use and how many? The more pertinent information that you provide, the better we will be able to respond to your question.

Yes, you should be able to pull your score up quite a bit if you can get your quant to the high 40's
Would recommend looking into the MGMAT series and in particular into the MGMAT Math Foundations.

You can also get their quant books separately and you can get them on Kindle/GMAT ToolKit app if you need to get faster access. Really helps with quant.

P.S. I have used the Kaplan Math workbook but it looks like it did not work for you very well - sorry to hear that.

As bb mentioned, the Manhattan math series is an excellent guide. I also strongly urge you to look into Jeff Sackmann's math sets, particularly his eight Fundamentals set. Use those alongside the Manhattan books. This may seem an expensive investment, but it definitely worked for me. My math score increased from the low 20s to the 40s because of those two resources.
