I am laughing loudly on myself since I also marked A.
Then wondering where i went wrong, i tried figuring out what happened. Then i tried solving the OG question of the link where i again fell flat and did stupid mistakes and finally marked a wrong answer. Not to mention that i took more than 3 min in each of them. Prasannathawait so now you can guess easly the reason of my laugh.

So my question to you and chondro48 and Kinshook is how to approach such questions(i thought of table first then venn diagram however went with approach similar to what you have done).

I am posting my two solutions as screenshot.
In one case I am getting A, in other D.
As this is the case of must be true. Only A has to be the answer.

The condition No Peppermint => No Cinnamon is NOT satisfied in second solution (IMO A)

Hi all, including Prasannathawait, lnm87 and Kinshook ,this could be an alternative to solve this problem. Find my attached solution.

Prasannathawait, looking at your answer, you are missing an implied correlation that all people who take Cinnamon (C) also have to take Peppermint (P) and Sugar (S). Check my attached solution. Also, kindly give kudo to the above question (not this explanation). Thanks a lot

Prasannathawait, your answer on the right is wrong. You miss an implied correlation that all people who take Cinnamon (C) must also take Peppermint (P) and Sugar (S).

From the statements we can understand that there is one person who does not take any of the stuffs.
There are 2 people who take all stuffs and just one person who takes only sugar not any thing else.
So, option D would be correct.
