D.

let x is # of students common to chemistry and biology, then

(130 -x ) + x + (150 -x) + 30 = 200

x = 110

Since 130 is the number of students who can take chemistry, number of common students cant be more than 130.

Total # of science students = 170

chem + bio = 130 + 150 = 280

minimum number of studnets doing both (chem and bio) = 280 - 170 = 110

upper range will be min(130,150)

110 to 130

I'm retarded. It was late when I tried this problem. Tried again and I added incorrectly.

130 + 150 - x + 30 = 200

310 - x = 200

x= 110 (min)

max 130 chem students
