Only scientist = a
only professor = c
scientist and professor = b

0.8(a+b) = b
b = 4a ------(i)

To find whether a>c??

(1) No information of a and c. Insufficient

(2) 0.5(b+c) = b
b = c ----(ii)
from (i) and (ii), c = 4a. Sufficient

B is correct.
