are the questions in OG11 and the verbal & quant review guides "live" i.e. are they current question pool?

Well, of course they aren't! Why on earth would they publish a study guide with questions from the current test???

I don't know dickwadd... Maybe because they might have a pool of hundreds of thousands of questions (who knows?) and the statistical likelihood that a human could 1) memorize all the q&a's from the OG's coupled with 2) the likelihood they would see these questions even if they had memorized them is so insignificantly small that it wouldn't matter... i.e. similar to the reasons why the list of AWA current AWA topics is listed in the OG.

if i knew the answer i wouldn't have asked the freakin question, jerkoff. Some of you gmatclubbers are both the rudest and the dumbest "smart" folks i've ever run across.

And some study guides have live questions - whether by accident or luck whatever.... My PMI certification had at least 6 or 7 questions that I had reviewed over the course of my studies; ditto for when I was in highschool and I took AP Bio. I remeber quite vividly having a question literally word for word about interferon receptors that was in one of my prep books.
