Hi Friends,

Would like to get your feedback/opinion on whether there is a value-add in going over the supplementary OG - Verbal and Quant guides in addition to the Big Book?

Wondering if there is a heavy overlap and if it is worthwhile purchasing them in addition to the Big Book....Any responses/guidance will be of help! Thanks...

This depends of how well you need to do on the test. If you're going for the high 600's and above, this might not be enough.

But if you're looking for more material, it's better to use the extra OG's than questions from other books.

I have a similar question. I have the OG 10 that I have been using for the past few months....How different is OG 11 from OG 10. Is there any place where I can get the new questions that have been added in OG 11 from OG 10?......or should I just buy the OG 11

Any help would be much appreciated.

another question i have is whether the questions in the OG get more difficult as you get towards the end or are they all supposed to be one difficulty level?

Yes farney, In OG-11 the questions are arranged in the ascending order of difficulty. Generally the last one third of questions in math section are very important

I got a 48 on the quant section and I'd say that the majority of the questions I got were about on par with the last 1/3 of questions in each of the official books.

Here is what I found. The official guide (containing both Verbal and Quant) Ed 10 has an overlap of questions with the official guide Ed 11 for verbal and quantitative. So if you already have combined OG Ed 10, do not buy separate Ed.11 books. Instead buy combined OG Ed 11 so that you can get more questions.

Hope that helps.
