$$40000 - 1200n = 6000 + 500n$$

Or, $$40000 - 1200n = 6000 + 500n$$

Or, $$34000 = 1700n$$

Or, $$n = 20n$$

Thus, after 20 years will Anita’s land be worth as much as Devin’s car, answer must be (D) 20
