IMO C.

Focus on the remaining part as it is given.

1 - ( 1/2 + 1/3 + 1/10) = 6
1 - ( 5 / 6 + 1 /10) = 6
1 - ( 25/30 + 3 /30) = 6 .... LCM of denominators 6 & 10 is 30.
1 - 28/30 = 6
2/30 = 6
1/15 = 6

1/15th of some thing is 6.. so whole is 6 * 15 = 90

Hence Option C.
