LOL, trust me, as a Cal undergrad, I wouldn't even slam Stanfurd that much :P

Coming from Wisconsin (where the Hamms are from), I frankly love Paul Hamm and think he was completely entitled to his Gold medal.

If he gets into Harvard though, I'll find that completely ridiculous. Other than a unique story, what makes Olympians qualified?

I don't know if anyone remembers that girl on the Apprentice from Harvard a few years back, but she was terrible, yet the Donald couldn't get over her because she was an Olympian. She skated through by providing no leadership and sitting quiet like a tree stump. They also had a couple of Olympians on the celebrity version that were not so hot either. Of course they have drive, but do they have anything else?

I don't see how he would pass the ethics test, given that he didn't give up his gold when it was clear that he should have.

Yeah right, failing an ethics test would probably get you a pat on the back on the way in.

Kwam that's material for his HBS essay 2 (failure).... Heck he may as well save writing and post youtube links to the ad-com.

Exactly, also for Wharton 2nd, that hey may use as "backup". Well I still think he will need to prove that he can handle the workload with a 500 - 550 GMAT, hehehe

For us normal people, we need to beat the average of the school.
