Online exam

We used their service for a little while when we launched our proctored tests. Our struggling customers were sometimes left hanging without much support. On the tech side, their website is a mess.

When it comes to the service they propose, there is usually one or two people over at Examity responsible for checking a whole batch of videos. Then, someone over at GMAC will check the vids. That is speculative however, as Examity might do things differently given who they work with.

If you can't get a hold of a support person who is willing to help, bring it up to GMAC people. Admins interact with account managers over at Examity who are effective at taking care of issues.

There was the switch over from the Pearson Vue Online to Examity about 8-12 hours ago. Did it say when the exam been rescheduled to? My guess they are having issues

Ugh. Sorry about that. When did your issue happen? Was it today/yesterday?

I was forced to work with Examity for a little while over the past year; they can be a hot mess. GMAC is one of their most valuable clients so you'd like to believe they will deliver, but they will need a week or two to adapt. Don't waste your time with support, however.

PS. I would say so far it seems all of the support and proctor interactions have been an improvement compared to the previous provider. I’m not sure that we have seen many customer service interactions. Do you have anything else to share? Any suggestions? 👍😊

Hi,

Sorry for interrupting ONLINE EXAM related discussions. The mail from PEARSON VUE of offline exam getting cancelled popped up on my notifications window and made me nervous.

This is the 3rd time my offline exam got cancelled since MAY 12, 2021 (the latest one I booked was on 1st June 2021). As the Lockdown like restrictions are still not lifted in city (Mumbai) and are extended till 15th June 2021, I believed the exam will probably be not conducted till 15th June 2021 at Mumbai's PEARSON centre.

But the fact is that dates 9, 10, 14 June 2021 are still seen open.

Can anyone throw some light on what could be the possibility of dates remaining open even though restrictions are not lifted?

Sorry I don’t know 🤷‍♂️ 😢 maybe someone has a theory or an idea? My guess is they will keep canceling tests. If it’s not too much hassle to book and then reschedule, you can try your luck.

I have lost my patience
I am planning to go ahead with online mode now.
It's really disgusting because..even when the city is unlocking, the scheduled exams in 3rd week are getting cancelled.

I had a chat on a chat bot provided on MBA.com website. From the chat, it seems, even they are not aware of
why centre is not able to deliver the exams.

yeah they ( pearson mumbai ) are not picking up the number , I tried . I can see July 12 as the earliest I can appear as of now .
