The answer will be 1.1*1.1 - (1)=1.21 -1 = 121% -100% = 21%.
Hence option C =21% is the answer.

Let the initial stock price be 100.
So after 1st increment, it would become = 110
After 2nd increment, it becomes= 1.1*110 = 110+11=121
So total increase is 121-100=21%. Hence, C. 21% should be the answer.

OR

Alternative is successive increment % can be simply calculated by 10% + 10% + {(10*10)/100}= 21%

let's assume the base price was 100
first phase it become 110
second phase it became 121
so, (121-100)=21%

The best answer is C,
