we know that speech has been integrated in the mind with rhythmical modulated sounds conveyed to the brain by the auditory nerves.
So the end word should be speech so B and D are out

A we do not need had
C mind did not developed but speech developed change in meaning

Over the course of time says its an ongoing activity. Ie. Has developed. Had developed is past perfect used when followed by another past activity. Here no other later past activity is mentioned so present perfect is good to use.it boils it down to B,E.

Sense of articulate speech is singular. So, E.

The process of mind is still valid now, so present perfect tense is preferred here. Eliminate A, C and D.

In B, "which" should refer to "a sense of articulate speech", but "which" is too far from "a sense of articulate speech". This makes sentence awkward.
