It could mean whatever you want it to mean. Do you plan to stay with your current employer after the MBA? If so, what are your goals for career growth with them?

If not, what are your career goals elsewhere? What do you see yourself doing over the next five years?

It is more of a second part and less of a first part.
You can talk about your MBA and your post MBA goals here and what do you expect to do immediately after MBA.

I think whatever you write here should be in sync with your long term goals you mention somewhere else in your application.

You may also talk about the industry if your are seeking career change post MBA.
