I have option of either phone interview or HUB interview at NYC. I am open to both. What do you think will be better and why?

As far as selection is considered, both are same.
But if you would like to have a more of an informal discussion, long talk and know more about Oxford, go for HUB.

Telephonic interviews are pretty formal and short. They last only for 20 mins while HUB and Open day interviews last for 30-60 mins.

But again as far as final selection is considered, both are treated as same.
(Unless you are staying in the house next to the evet and opting for telephonic interview, which means you are too indifferenct to cross the street. In that case it will matter for sure.)

Just marking my 100th post
