ESADE, IESE, IE, etc. for US job placement (US citizen)

Hello,

I am an American citizen currently thinking of applying to MBA programs in Spain for 2013 intake, and was hoping to get some thoughts about employment prospects back in the states post-graduation. I understand the traditional path would be attending a US program, but spending a year or two in Spain, making international contacts, and taking my Spanish language skills to the next level are serious motivating factors.

I have nearly 7 years post-undergrad experience in Sales/Marketing at CPG Manufacturers (F500 and privately equity held), and am looking for a boost to take my career to the next level, but not necessarily a major industry change. I'd be open to working for a year or two in Europe (I know being a non-EU citizen may make that difficult), but ultimately want to land back in the US in a role of increased responsibility in my field.

Any thoughts, positive or negative, on this path would be greatly appreciated.
