I have heard that you should take it when you are used to studying for it. Makes sense, but not necc. But you know your body and mind...Go with the time you know you will do your best.

replying to a very old post ..
I preferred afternoon timing as getting to the testing center by 7 am with an hr commute and staying fresh would have been too much for me! I am a nocturnal.. so the preference is entirely up to you based on what sort of person you are..
