Once you register you will be taken to a page where you can chose from one of the 3 questions . I am not sure if you need to submit it right away once you click on the link that shoots your video or you will have time to record and re-record until you think its perfect.


This video is optional thats what it says. I dont think so its a substitute to personal interview?


BTW, when did you receive the invite ?

I submitted my application R2 and got the video invite... not sure if I should submit it or not. The supersaturday interview for ucla femba was optional as well... but highly recommended.

Yes I feel there was much more of an emphasis on attending the Super Saturday at UCLA.

When I went to an info session for USC the admission's speaker specifically said that anything listed as option is purely optional and not submitting will not hurt your application in any way.

For that reason, I am not going to submit a video interview. If you feel it will improve your chances though, why not?!?

Ya... I don't really see what I can do to improve it (or maybe I just don't feel like doing it) but if it wont hurt my application if I don't do it then i really don't see why I would.. Good Luck!

I submitted the video for round one. You can re-record as many times as you would like.

There are 2 options to video.... We need to choose the one which says upload from hand held device, correct?

Pretty sure I'm on Marshall's PM fringe with my GPA and GMAT (590 & 3.2) - so I submitted the video. Couldn't hurt. I have great work experience and letters of rec, but there's little comfort with my scores vs. the guy above with a 670 (great job).

No change to my application status as of today 03/07/2012. Looking forward to their decision - the holding pattern is no fun.

UCLA FEMBA released decisions 2 weeks ahead of schedule. Maybe USC will be ahead as well.

As a heads up to everyone interested in the part time MBA program:

UCLA FEMBA just added a 4th round as well as a new "flex" program. From what I've heard and seen, this new program meets in LA 4 weekends a quarter, and has an online portion the rest of the time. Seemed really interesting for someone that was considering the program, but didn't want to commute every weekend. Also, if USC doesn't work out for you, then UCLA has another round and a new program to consider.
