Been happening to me since the past few days. And they have a habit of sending Interactive Consulting/Finance events mails every few days!

Been happening to me since the past few days. And they have a habit of sending Interactive Consulting/Finance events mails every few days!

And it's getting worse! The application website isn't opening. Updates to the applications going on probably?

This is strange. My application is still opening up. There won't be an update on the application website until tomorrow anyways according to the information conveyed to me.

For those who were not invited to the scholarship weekend, do you know when you would hear if the school is offering any scholarship money?

I believe you have to be invited to the weekend to get any money, but I could be wrong.

I don't think this is entirely true. When I got the call, she mentioned that someone in charge of scholarships would have more information later, so I don't think not getting invited to the weekend is the end of any potential money.

I was not invited to the scholarship weekend.

Got a message from Laurie saying she would like to talk to me by phone. She won't be available until another 2 hours...do they call people for rejection or am I pretty much in? So excited!

I would think you are in. They usually dont call to reject.

Looks like they started to make calls for today -- based on the unavailability fro next 2 hrs.

I think there were people who were called well into the night for Round 1 and even a few on the morning of the day of. I somehow have this feeling that I won't be one of those lucky few, but I do believe there are many more calls to come.

don't lose hope yet ... I know several people who were waitlisted (last year) in R2 and R3 then were later admitted. Cornell's waitlist does move a bit when compared to other schools' ... so getting waitlisted at Cornell won't be the worst thing in the world.

Hi All,

Any news today? It is already 5 pm EST and no news yet here.

Btw, people who heard last week are they consortium applicants? I am surprised that Cornell released its decisions before the deadline since when I was interviewed I was told that the decision will not be available before the official date and that I should not stress myself to check the status before then.

Considering that people already started receiving the emails and that I haven't heard anything yet, I'm kinda tensed now.

Guys, keep updating the forum as you hear from the school.

I've been trying to contact Laurie for the past 4 hours. Finally got through and she told me I am in! She said they will be updating the website tomorrow (2/28/12) to show an additional link for admitted applicants info.

I am a R2 regular applicant.
