You have an excellent profile. Your work experience is good. You have differentiated yourself from the Indian IT male engineer. The long term goals are vague. But, they will crystallize as you write your essays. Your extra curricular activities are weak. If you are targeting 2013, this is one area you should focus. Do you have international experience?
If I were you, I would target only the best schools - Harvard, Wharton, Chicago/INSEAD, Columbia, LBS/Kellogg. If you don't have international experience, you can remove INSEAD and LBS from the list. Good luck!
