anyone got a phone call from the school, asking if willing to take part in a 2 week English course before the programme ？

I got a similar call. But she asked me whether I was confident with my English. I guess she was trying to determine whether I should take a pre english course. She said she called all the international applicants.

How did it go for you?

but i really doubt that they call all interviewed international applicants.

How did you guys rate yourself on English Speaking / Writing & Reading skills? I am an international applicant and have not received that call. So wondering if it has got to do with the rating I gave myself in the application form. ( I rated myself full proficient (4) )

I analysed the R1 posts and noticed that notifications went out a day before the decision date at around 6:30 PM London time. So lets wait for another 5 hours...

Finally did not escape from the sudden cold call from the school to test my English just like the one Antifer had yesterday.

Casual chat. Confidence in English, whether English is daily used, hobbies, whether been London before, idea about London, London Olympics. Lasted 6:30 mins

Told me the result will be out tomorrow.

Did they say they are calling all the international applicants? I am based in India and haven't got a call either. Should I assume a dinge?
