Could you tell me how werw the SC questions and the RC passages ? Where exactly in the verbal section did you receive your RC passages ?

Good one & congrats for an amazing score :) ... good suggestion on taking exam while in studies..but not many even know or even sure about such thing at that point ..point in case being me- I did not know even what this GMAT is all about (barring the name itself :P )

hey Congratulation!!! :) I will be appearing the exam on 3rd July.. But, i m bit weak in RC.. It took lots of time for me and also got most of the answers wrong. Would u plz, advice me what should i do to improve my score on RC?

SC questions were not more complicated but had more words underlined. RC was a bit harder since there was 1 passage so dull that it was hard to comprehend (I got my passages after the 4th question). But I think a lot of the difficulty was from stress on test day.

Read a lot of high quality papers, but be sure to write down your impressions of each. I read a lot of the economist and scientific american so that helped a lot. I think its a good idea to work on reading comprehension, but also reading speed (and sometimes increasing speed will increase comprehension!). Just try to soak as much as you can from any article you read.

About two months, but I really focused on the GMAT for the last two weeks. (studied about 10 hrs a week not including practice CATs)
