You have a decent GMAT Score and a remarkable corporate exposure. Your concerns regarding low GPA can certainly be offset by a good written essays and recommendations. It is an edge by having some continuing work experience in power sector, as it shows your inclination and strive towards post MBA goal and will be advantageous in your application.
As per your profile and GMAT Score you have high chances of getting admit in Cornell, Duke, McCombs, Oxford, LBS, and you have also chances of getting admit in Wharton, Yale, Berkeley as average GMAT Score of these B School is around 720.
It is advisable in your case to focus on your application evaluation essays. This is where you can demonstrate your leadership qualities, achievements, professional vision and other abilities. A well presented and perfectly written essay is absolutely critical to make a strong case for yourself during the final interview.
It is highly recommended to seek assistance from professional consultants for guidance who can more closely review your situation and provide you with a list of B Schools where you would have chances of converting your application to admission.
