Schools: HBS, Sloan, Haas, Ross, Duke, UCLA

As for what you should emphasize, that's something you have to figure out once you're knee deep in the essays. It's not something anyone can just give you a high level answer without you working through the specifics of the narrative. In other words, a big part of it isn't just *what* you say, but *how* you say it that makes for strong essays.
