Dear GMAT Club team,

Please help urgently solve a problem I'm experiencing with GMAT club registration.

I have registered for 30-day access to GMAT club tests on 14 June 2012 (receipt email forwarded), which means my access should expires on 14 July.
However, today 4 July when I logged in, GMAT club announced that my access would expire in 1 day (!). Kindly refer to attached image. Moreover, yesterday when I logged in, it was still announced as 10 days until the expiration.

Please help urgently solve this problem because I need to intensely prepare for my GMAT test on Saturday 7 July. I really really appreciate your quick support.

I am trying to open gmat club tests but it is asking me to finish at least one of my active session first and when i am clicking on those sessions, it is sowing an internal server error.Because of this, I am not able to take any test or quiz..What should I do?

Thank you. That's strange. I will look into it.
I would try to end a few sessions that you started and did not finish.
if you can't end any of them (you can have up to 10 open at a time), then you can register a new username with a diff email address. that's the best immediate solution.

Hello, it will not let me begin a CAT or quiz. When I click start nothing happens. I am logged into the testing page. Please help as I want to make sure to get a CAT in before the free day is up.

I'm sorry to bother you again but it still won't work. It does the same thing and doesn't take me anywhere when I click on it.

I am also having the same problem - no tests will start for me, are there certain limitations for these "free day" tests?

Thanks BB - it works now! I should have posted earlier, I had been trying for 6-7 hours before I posted (I even started a new account because I was sure I was doing something wrong on my end). I think the access expires in 13 minutes - so I might have missed the chance to try out the new format

Hi, I took Q (set of 37 questions) and I got a score too, but I am not able to review the test results, like which one was wrong and the relevant explanations. Please help me in reviewing the questions.

Hey there Sharmila,

I am sorry when the tests are closed, they are closed (you can see your results but you can't review questions) - it is a security against the loophole of someone taking all questions as a part of a quiz/test and then going through them at a later time.

I tried to take the quiz. But the start button is greyed out. It tells me I do not have active activation and asks me to create account. When I click on the create account button, it says I am logged in. What am I doing wrong?

I am umesh singh. i registered for 30 day access two days before. BUt I have not declared active member and i am not able to access gmat club quizzes and test as a result. Please help me
