Hello,
I really like your career narrative - flows nicely from what you've done in the past. To be honest, as it stands, your academic record is quite below average for top ten school. Even if you are able to get that 700+ GMAT, it's going to be tough to overcome the 2.5 GPA. Hopefully there is some kind of story there that can help the ad com overlook it -- e.g. sick relative or something that distracted you. You should definitely write an optional statement to address this, even if it just acknowledges that you lacked the maturity to take school seriously, etc. Take responsibility, and hope that they are willing to forgive. However, if you do not get that GMAT score up, top ten is going to be quite difficult (nothing is completely impossible, but it would be pretty close).
Your professional experience sounds quite interesting, so you should definitely focus on that and the leadership stories that go with it. Position yourself as a business or bpm person (not as a technical person).
The other thing lacking in your profile is any mention of non-work leadership activities (community and extracurricular). These are pretty glaring gaps from what I see and unfortunately present another weakness in your application.
Based on all this, I think a top 10 school is somewhat out of reach, though it never hurts to have one dream school on your list
I'd just advise that you focus your energies elsewhere.
Good luck with the GMAT - feel free to check back in once you've taken it!
Best,
