Industrialists argue that because there is no evidence that links high voltage electric wire with cancer among children, legislation banning high voltage transmission lines near school districts cannot be implemented on health hazard grounds.

Of the following, which is the best criticism of the argument reported above?

A) It ignores causes of cancer other than high voltage transmission lines. but we are discussing about HVT!!
B) It neglects the damaging effects that high voltage transmission lines might have on groups of people other than children. yepp!! It's not just the children who are prone to cancer because of HVT.
C) High voltage transmission lines interfere with other radio devices such as antennas, satellites and cellphones.Irrelevant
D) Most children would prefer to live in areas that are away from high voltage transmission lines.Preferance??
E) Legislation banning high voltage transmission lines around school districts is easy to enforce. So, it's easy. So?

Hence, B is the correct answer choice.
