Great! thanks for the additional extra detail. All of what you write is excellent, and only strengthens your candidacy. You have REAL leadership, and REAL international experience, and not just that but international LEADERSHIP too!!! So really great stuff there, and make sure the school knows this!! Because this is what they are looking for - global leaders, with PROVEN experience. That, plus a nice GMAT and the advantage of being female should give you some good chances to get in at top schools.

Hmm.. at this point, I think the good GMAT is the main thing, and then you need to think about whether you want to add this as a main subject int he optional essay, and what reasons you might give for your low GPA
