For interview invitation, I got an email.

I got a phone call from Olin to let me know that I was admitted. They said they would send a detailed email later with additional documents.

I started out with professional experience, then why and MBA is right for me, why Olin, and then goals. Hope this helps.

Congratulations narmstro. You're finally in. Can you let us know the date you were interviewed on. I got my Skype interview done on 9th Nov. Still waiting to hear from Olin.

It was a free flowing conversational interview covering traditional MBA questions - Why MBA, Why Olin, Leadership skills and failure.
Then had a short discussion on hobbies and career goals.

Lasted for 30 mins.
