Haas (UC Berkeley) 2013 - Calling All Applicants

Hi,
I have a question pertaining to transcripts in case of an international undergrad degree.

The application form says: "If your international institution does not issue official copies of your transcripts or degree certificates, please upload scanned copies of the originals with your online application found under the Education section. "

Did you just upload scanned copies of your mark-sheets? Did you have to send anything by mail?
I did my undergrad from Mumbai University.

My university gave a trascript that lists all the courses I took and my performance (grades) in each. If mark-sheets are the closest documents you have to something like that, you just need to upload scan copies of those.

I believe you need to arrange for your college to send official versions of these documents directly to Berkeley in the event that you get invited to interview. It's better to take care of this beforehand as they only give you 2-3 weeks before they decide to delay or jepordize your admission for this reason.

Also, I read somewhere that you need to upload a scan copy of your degree certificate if its from an international institution. Just FYI as I saw that in the last minute. Hope that helps.

Congratulations! And best of luck!! Check past comments on this thread - someone had posted the questions that he was asked during the on-campus Haas Interview.
It seemed like it was a fit interview basically and the interviewer only had a resume.

I received an email with the subject Berkeley MBA: For Round Two Applicants. A part of the email said: We anticipate interview invitations to be extended beginning in December up until our Round Two notification date of February 21.

Does that mean that there will be invitations going out this upcoming week for R2 applicants? I think that is so soon! How long do R1 waited until the first invitations started going out?

I think Berkeley's R1 and R2 interviews will definitely overlap. R1 interviews, for the most part, seem to have gone out to international applicants and a few R1 applicants.

I do think it's so soon that they are releasing interview invites for R2 applicants 1-2 weeks after application submit deadline...
