Hi,

How do you compare HBS vs Wharton in terms of finance industry careers and prospects ?
Specifically with respect to PE/Hedge funds careers.

Well, I'd say: just go to Harvard. But, you know... I'm a bit biased. I know Wharton is really amazing, and well it's Wharton. but still: HBS is HBS.

Thanks Jon.

Beyond brands, are there any data in terms of coursework/career prospects specific to finance, alumni network in PE/Hedge funds ?

The ones i have read are from poets and quants, which do not address this point in detail.

Is there an analysis done by anyone before ?

Until you've been accepted to both it's really a moot point. That being said, even though Wharton arguably has a stronger finance curriculum I agree with Jon. Harvard is still Harvard. Some people turn down HBS for Wharton or Stanford each year but it's probably a very small number of people.
