can anyone please post the number of candidates on mba connect with nationalities

Is it possible to check that? I didn't see it in MBA Connect

30 Indians so far
8 Chinese
19 Americans

.....u can check the count from the directory ......

Wow! 30 Indians already? Are you sure? Does that mean NO CHANCE for Indians applying in R2 at all? At the least, ultra competitive!

Not everyone in the directory is enrolling for sure. These are the people who were accepted but some of them might instead go to another school.

Question guys: has anyone received anything printed, through a courier service or snailmail? I guess Insead should be sending us an official letter or something but I haven't heard anything.

Besides what Duckworth said, I noticed that on an average every intake there are around 60-70 Indians (atleast for last few years) So still 50%ish intake is still outstanding.

It depends on your interviewer. But they have a question in their feedback form how gould your English is. I spoke German with one interviewer and around 20 minutes in English and only German with my second interviewer!

I got the printed official letter by smail about a week ago.
But don't get too excited :-D , it's the same text from the acceptance e-mail, only this one is signed with a hand-written signature.

Although, I find it hard to believe that the same person actually signed 200 copies of this letter...

I have been admitted on the 19th of December. Will start in Singapore.

In order to connect with other students admitted in advance of the start of the program I thought it may be useful to create a group on Linkedin (for all admitted students to September 2013 Intake). You can join the following group on linkedin:

Insead MBA - September 2013 Intake - Admitted

Hope to get in touch with most of my future classmates!

Relax buddy, no update as I know. According to R1, the interview message will be sent around in Jan. 10th. Let's wait together.

general question for you fellow applicants... I missed the R2 deadline. R3 deadline is quite far... is that going to be a lot more challenging to get in on the last round? Should I wait for the R1 deadline of Jan. 2014 intake just a few weeks after ?

I want to start asap. So, I am tempted to try R3 anyways. Can't wait !

Insead values diversity a lot. So if you are female, born in Vanuatu, and work in Andorra, you have a chance. IT, male and Indian, well....

Anyway, I see from your profile you've been dinged a few times this time around. Maybe you could take some time off to think about what schools are perceiving your weaknesses to be and wait a few months?
