WHat are the factors to look for while selecting the colleges for FINANCE MBA with my kind of profile mix?
Please suggest any college that you feel will be right fit for me and also if there is any improvement needed from my side. (as i have time to plan and sort things before MBA)

You have a decent profile. If you are seriously passionate about your MBA from top 20/30 Business Schools then I would suggest you to work hard on your GMAT. Start your preparation soon for your GMAT. To get admit into top B-School you need to target 700+. You can make your application more strong by submitting a good essay and working hard on your application and interviews. As per your profile I would also suggest you to target B-Schools like Chicago Booth, Stanford, University of Notre Dame, Rice University, University of Rochester(Simon), Washington University these are among the top US B-Schools focused more on finance, where you can apply. There are many more but the mentioned list comprises of a few good ones in the US that you should definitely target. It is highly advisable in your case to focus on your application evaluation essays. This is where you can demonstrate your leadership qualities, achievements, professional vision and other abilities. A well presented and perfectly written essay is absolutely critical to make a strong case for yourself during the final interview.
