Hi,
I need advice from you people quite urgently. I applied to various B-schools and got a ding from all of them
.I personally believe that my low GMAT score(590) and applying in late rounds was responsible for my rejections.
I have given GMAT six times, yeah that's true six times and my highest GMAT score is 590, but i gave the GMAT without any coaching. In my last two GMAT exams, i was performing quite well in Arcos and Princeton tests, score ranging between 670 to 760 score but on the final day i got once 530 and another time 590. Quite dis heartened
I always have problem with verbal section. I somehow do not have confidence in Sentence correction and RC.I do well in SC and RC in practice tests but do not know what happens on the final exam day. What should i do to improve my verbal score?
I wanted to ask a questions, does ETS has some rule that people who have given GMAT a couple of times there score will remain in that range.I personally believe as i do not undersatnd why i do not get score above 600 in my GMAT?
Secondly, how to improve my verbal score.I have done
OG couple of times so i probably know the answers, so i feel
OG won't be of much use. Where can i get sample questions, i have tried Arcos and Princeton but not Kaplan? How to improve my verbal score?
Thirdly, should i give GMAT again and think of applying to top B-schools?I am quite disheartened
regards
