Just got the message thanking us for participating in the TBD and a few notes from the financial aid team regarding fellowships and financing the MBA...hopefully I'm putting some of those notes to use in the fall!

Three weeks until we know. Best of luck to everyone in Round 2. In the meantime, I've got a few bachelor parties to attend which should kill some days, and some brain cells.

Just got that message as well and came onto the board to figure out if anyone knew what was up with this email.

I mean, it is always nice to get more information, and Wharton has been great at keeping me updated. But the email was a bit strange, like - "Hey, just so you know, you don't actually have to apply separately for aid, so there's nothing for you to do right now, but just wanted to let you know it's avaliable!"

:P Maybe I'm just overanalyzing.

Pretty sure from R1, the followup email came a few weeks after you interviewed. If you interviewed earlier, you got the email earlier.

Thursday, Feb 21st. So yes, it seems like there is a two week lag.

I got the follow up today as well and interviewed last week (Tuesday, Feb 26). I'm sure everyone will get the follow up...just a matter of time.

To be perfectly honest, I feel like the 1:1 portion is more for our benefit (making us feel like we had a fair shot, air our concerns, etc.) than it is for the school to get more information than what they've already collected from the TBD. Of course, if the two data points are wildly different that could make a difference. But most likely not.

Given that it was fifteen minutes to the dot, yes. But I think the three questions were really all that was needed--seeing if you could be analytic about your experience and your own performance, any additional color, and some quick questions for the individual student.

Got the email today, interviewed last Thursday (28th). I really don't think it's a conspiracy, more that adcom likes to send stuff out on Tuesday afternoon. Settle down people, have a beer.

I was wondering, does anyone have a good idea about the percentage of students who get scholarships? Based on the Wharton Gmatclub stats, it seems about 20~25% are receiving scholarships. Does this number seem accurate?
