Re: Winston: The Public Transportation Authority (PTA) cannot fulfill its [#permalink]
ANS = B.
Wilson - Cut the night buses.
Ping - If we cut night bus, we lose day customer who return back. But wait, does he mean that, if there is no night bus, people will not be able to go to their destination (say,work/home whatever). Is there no other bus/transport service available. Like a train or something.

A - Redefines what? - Eliminated.
B - Keep this one.
C - premise that could have been used as part to support W's conclusion. No. P doesn't support W's conclusion at all. Eliminated.
D - Statistics - Nope. More persuasive than W's - No comparison is made. Eliminated.
E - Proposes a solution - No.

ANS - B.

All except B are wrong. But how to justify answer choice B. Where is PING questioning Winstons proposal. What is meant by questioning in CR context?
