Thanks for the posting.
First of all, let me reiterate that you are in a very competitive demographic with many more qualified candidates than there are spaces allocated. This means that you have to work extra hard to distinguish yourself from this very talented and competitive group.
Based on your basic facts, you do have a decent chance of being admitted to a competitive program, however, I recommend
(a) retaking the GMAT to improve the AWA and IR scores (these are reasons enough to reject you)
(b) start performing some innovative community service
(c) start researching schools that you would consider attending -- and attending information sessions, meeting with alumni and speaking with current students.
