Hi Paul,
Thanks in advance for taking out the time to evaluate my profile and answering my questions.

I've been involved in various firm development activities as and will come come with a thought leadership publication by the end of next month. Should be able to get stellar references from my managers and partners here at EY.

Undergrad: B,tech from IIT Bombay CGPA- 8.75/10 (translates to 3.8-3.9)

Questions:
1. With my profile what are my chances at the schools that I have listed above? At which of these schools would I be having a reasonable chance of getting through? At which all top B- schools do I have a high probability of getting through?
2.In your opinion which all B-schools should I be targeting?
3. Will my chances significantly improve if I have a higher GMAT score? In other words, would retaking GMAT help in anyway (if yes, what is the minimum score that I should be targeting?)
Thanks.
