Thank you for your posting.
1. Should I retake GMAT? I have feeling that I can get around 720-740 if practice actively couple of weeks. But is it worth? At this stage, I would prefer that you apply R1 to schools rather than focus on re-taking the GMAT in order to get an additional few points. Use your time, energy and resources more effectively and focus on those aspects of your application that are demanding and time consuming.
2. Which schools and programs would you recommend me to apply to. I would recommend that you apply to mid-upper range of schools. This would include Ross, Fuqua, Johnson, Anderson, Marshall, Texas, and Kenan-Flagler. If you want to shoot for a top tier program, I would recommend Booth or Wharton - but be realistic about your chances.
3.What can I do currently to make my profile better and make it possible to apply to higher ranked schools. At this stage, there is not much you can do other than invest in submitting a compelling application complete with strong essays, recommendations, interview, etc. I cannot emphasize enough how important it is for a candidate like you -- as you have used up your entire margin of error in your grades.
Good luck
