Recommendation Letter Advice

Hi,
I'm in the process of applying to Kellogg, HBS, and Wharton, and I'd appreciate any advice you can offer on recommenders/recommendation letters.
I have two dilemmas:
1) My work experience (app. 3 years) is all with one company. I have a number of executives who have offered to write recommendations, but I'm wondering if having 2 or 3 recommenders from the same company will be a negative.
2) Since I'm applying to multiple schools, and each school needs 2-3 recs., I may need to "stretch" my list of recommenders. I have 5-6 CEO/CFO/VP types who I'd obviously prioritize for the better schools. For the others, how far from the professional side should is too far -- for example, are undergraduate professors or deans acceptable? Political figures? College Athletics coaches?
Thanks in advance for any advice you can offer.
