Good job guys. C is the OA.

I was stuck between B and C. I understand that C is correct, but how do u eliminate B.

The author says that macrophages are good against invasive organisms such as bacteria, and (B) says that macrophages are good against MOST TYPES OF BACTERIAL INFECTIONS.

We do not know if it is good against MOST bacteria.

I think we must differentiate here between "show a response" and "easily fight off". These two things are not similar.

I eliminated B because it was too extreme :

B. Mice that show elevated levels of nitrates can easily fight off most types of bacterial infections.

All except C are irrelevant or out of scope. therefore C must be.
