Hey Linda...
Thanks for all of your help with this forum, and also thanks to everyone working so hard to make GMATClub a great place to get advice and help.
My question is should I take the GMAT again? I've taken it twice already, the first time a 630 and the second a 710. (V-40, 91%, Q-46, 81%) I am relatively young, 24, and have been working for the past year and half at my family's life insurance company where I work in R&D. I have a 3.82 GPA, and many extra-curriculars in college: Student Body President, Vice President of my fraternity, various clubs, etc. I'm targeting a variety of top schools, MIT, Harvard, Wharton, and Columbia. I was wondering if taking the GMAT again at this point would be worth it? Thanks for your help Linda.
No definitely not worth it. Focus now on school research, clarifying your goals, and if possible obtaining experience that perhaps you are weak in. (post-college community service, for example?)
I would also like to invite you to the free teleseminar I am hosting for applicants applying next fall:
Best Practices for MBA Admissions.
Good luck!
