I received an interview invite last week and will be interviewing tomorrow.
I wouldn't get too concerned about not having received the invitation yet, however. I was referred in by my manager, an MSB alum, through the "Refer a Hoya" program, which apparently provides priority interview consideration. I'm guessing that means a lot of interview invitations are still forthcoming.
Hi, I have booked my interview slot for 9th Nov ( as per availability). Can you share your experience with the interview?
Mind sharing your profile, if not already shared??
Interview Experience:
Interview was pretty laid back and conversational, it went for just over 30 minutes. Mine was with a member of admissions who is also an evening program student. Questions asked included:
-Walk me through your work experience and why you're interested in an MBA (I included post-MBA goals while answering)
-If your manager were here, what would he/she say are the three greatest assets that you bring to your company
-What are 2-3 weaknesses/things you could improve on at work
I then had about 5-10 minutes to ask questions.
Again, it was pretty straightforward and very relaxed, I would try not to get too anxious about it in advance.
